This project involved a complete renovation and extension of an aging two-bedroom home in Napier, transforming it into a modern, functional space designed for family living and indoor-outdoor flow. The brief was to maximise the existing section and bring the dated home up to a high contemporary standard.

Inside, the home was fully reconfigured to create three bedrooms, including a new master suite with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The main bathroom was expanded to accommodate a full-sized bath, making it more practical for family use. A brand new kitchen—twice the size of the original—became the centrepiece of the home, with ranch sliders opening directly onto a spacious rear entertaining deck.

This smart renovation not only refreshed the home aesthetically but reimagined its entire footprint, creating a light-filled, open, and practical space that now makes full use of its section and better meets the needs of modern living.
